Q. Are these the same coupons that I see in my Sunday papers?
A. Many are, but the difference is that you get to choose exactly
which brands you need. With Sunday papers, you won't always be able
to find a coupon for the brand of your choice since many coupon
promotions are regional. Many of our coupons are from special
collections and inventories across the nation.
Q.
What are the face values of the coupons?
A. They range from 10 cents to $2.50.
Your order is filled based on the dollar value of the coupons due you and not on
the number of selections made.
Q.
When will the coupons I receive expire?
A. It is our policy to try to provide our members with coupons that
have at least 30 days until expiration in order to give you plenty
of time to use them. Most coupons are for non-perishable items,
so that you can use more than one coupon to "stock up"
and save!
Q. Will I get the coupons I specify?
A.If you don't receive a certain coupon, it means your order was filled with
other selections you've made. Therefore, you may not receive a coupon for every
selection you've made, but you will always receive the dollar value of the
coupons due you.
Q. When does my coupon book expire?
A. The Coupon Exchange book expires two years from date of issue.
